As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will oversee daily job routes, ensure quality standards are met, and support team productivity on every job site. This role includes managing equipment, maintaining safety protocols, communicating with clients when needed, and helping train new team members. Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and capable of leading a team while delivering high-quality, professional results.
As a Lawn Technician, you will help maintain residential and small commercial properties by providing dependable lawn care and property maintenance services. Your responsibilities include lawn mowing, edging, hedge trimming, seasonal cleanups, pressure washing, debris hauling, and other outdoor maintenance tasks. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and is committed to delivering excellent service on every property.
